RET is another fun, fresh wine from Alex and Maria Koppitsch!
This is thew 2020 vintage, but the notes for the 2018 vintage are: On the nose there is big nose of blueberries and Ribenna (the blackcurrant drink we used to drink as kids!).
The mouthfeel gives of a big, fresh acidity with a slight redcurrant bitterness. There are tingly, yet super-light tannins thanks to it's carbonic maceration production.
Flavourwise there is a slight touch of spice, sour cherry and that hint of pine oil going on here!
