This is a truly lovely Rosé, which is also savoury enough to be seen as a light red featuring beautiful, bright acidity, with notes of intense red fruit and little hints of thyme. Nice energy, delicious, and best served not too chilled to give those subtle expressions more room to shine.

Country: Austria / Grapes: Blaufränkisch, Pinot Noir  / Alcohol: 11%

Frédéric Cossard - Bedeau 2019

Entry level Burgundy Pinot Noir from Frederic Cossard, using grapes sourced from  around  Volnay and Nuits-Saint-Georges. Tauss - Sauvignon Urban 2017

Grown on chalk soil, you'll get chalk aspects on the palate too, alongside beautiful notes of tea, very mild tobacco, yellow plum and mandarin peel! It's an exceptional wine, which we would recommend to let evolve a little in the glass or decant for best expression!
