Did you know that the US has a lot of interesting natural winemakers? We wanted to shine a light on 4 of them in this F*ck yeah, USA! Box.
So, what can you expect:
Fermented in 500L neutral French oak slow through the winter, this wine features bracing acid and powerful aromatics.
Country: USA / Grapes: Riesling / Alcohol: 10,5%
This is a tasty rosé which has a total glouglou mouthfeel.
Country: USA / Grapes: Petite Sirah, Grenache, Carignane / Alcohol: 12,4%
This one is rather unique in its flavour profile, with a slight plastacine edge to it alongside raspberries and cherries. Rather different!
Country: USA / Grapes: Graciano, Cinsault, Pinot Gris / Alcohol: 12,5%
One of our favourites from the new batch of American wines that came in, because this is vibrant, energetic, fruity and fun. Tastes a little bit like a carbonic Pinot Noir, but as you can see below, rather a large mix of grapes!
Country: USA / Grapes: Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, Sangiovese, French Colombard, Chenin Blanc / Alcohol: 10%
