Interesting blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay and Cot (which is basically Malbec).
Light, yet that Malbec touch gives it a medium to full-bodied, slightly inky mouthfeel BUT without the tannic structure.
This makes it rather different as it has a contrasting effect to what you expect from Pinot Noir and Gamay in the blend.
Notes of black forest fruit, allspice and baked apple with whispers of smoke and violet.
Really quite interesting this, more so considering the 12.5% lightness!
