We love Petr Korab's wines! This Uncut Siller is a stunning juicy red with great depth, yet minimal tannins. Czech glouglou perhaps ?
The previous 2018 version had luscious notes of black cherry, herbs, liquorice, blueberry and earth.
This 2019 version is also a lovely wine, yet keep in mind it is a tiny bit ‘green’ around the edges, so will benefit from a little more time in the bottle to become more expressive. Tasty liquorice finish and sour black cherry vibes.
