This beautiful red which is 80% Syrah and 20% Moscatel is perfect for a BBQ with it's silky/ripe tannic structure.
Kinda like a Black Forest Gateau with a slight smokeyness, almonds and chocolate undertones, all dancing alongside cinnamon and eucalyptus. Really interesting, really cool. Ever so slightly tannic making it great for grilled meats in summer heat.
