After spending time in Paris, Pierre Fenals returned to Burgundy to produce wine in a natural, biodynamic way. His winery is in Saint Aubin, in the Hautes Cotes du Beaune although he has plots elsewhere in the region too.
This is his Aligoté from 30 year old vines which ages for 14 months in old oak barrles as well as stainless stell with no batonnage.
