This more entry-level Werlitsch wine is best with what we have decided to call “a Swirlitsch” - meaning it's ideal to decant and swirl in the glass to get at it’s best.
Once it’s had a little breather this one really comes alive with bursts of minerality, mild yellow pear, cucumber and soft citrus touches. Lovely stuff!
