What is a Proxy Wine? Alcohol Free Alternatives

What is a Proxy Wine?

A Proxy Wine is not an alcohol-free wine, as that is a wine which has had the alcohol removed. Usually through a technical process called Reverse Osmosis. A Proxy Wine is instead an alternative drink with similaries to wine, but usually with a Kombucha or Kefir background, so it is still fermented.

Proxy Wines usually have 0.4% alcohol, which is the same amount of Alcohol found in a ripe banana.
