Lukas Krauss, aka 'Der Mann mit dem Hut' (as he always wears a hat!) is a natural wine producer in the Pfalz region of Germany, yet he interestingly works with some Austrian grapes like Grüner Veltliner and Blaufränkisch, known in Germany as Lemberger.
