The Blanc 2021 is a complex, elegant natural wine crafted by Patrick Bouju, in the Auvergne region in France.

This white wine is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes of domaine fruit, and it's got a long elevage of 12 months in barrel, which really gives it some complexity and roundness, however, it is equally lean & vibrant with a fantastic acidity and freshness! Seriously impressive!
