Pignoli 2013 (500ml) ONE PER ORDER is a natural wine crafted by Radikon, in the Friuli region in Italy. This red wine is made with Pignoli grapes, which see 1 month on the skins, then at least 5 years in old barrels, plus a minimum of 6 years in bottles. 

A pioneer in skin-contact wines, Radikon is praised by natural wine lovers all over for their aging ability, wild flavours and incredible depth of flavour.

Based on the far right of Italy right by the Slovenian border, Radikon wines undergo skin-contact maceration for a number of months before being aged in both barrel and later bottle.
