Sivi 2022 (ONE PER ORDER)

Sivi 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Radikon, in the Friuli region in Italy. This orange wine is made with Pinot Gris grapes, which are macerated on the skins - known in the region as a Sivi wine.

Part of the more accessible Linea S range which was devised by son Sâsa who now runs the domain, these purple label bottles are meant to be enjoyed younger and see less time macerating on the skins.

Here, the Sivi 2022 spends 8/14 days on the skins then 1 year in barrel, at least 4 months in bottle. 

A pioneer in skin-contact wines, Radikon is praised by natural wine lovers all over for their aging ability, wild flavours and incredible depth of flavour.

Based on the far right of Italy right by the Slovenian border, Radikon wines undergo skin-contact maceration for a number of months before being aged in both barrel and later bottle.
