Braucol is a natural wine crafted by Melsolo, in the Sud-Ouest region of France. This red wine is made with Braucol grapes. Winemaker Melanie Kröber is actually German, and has had a range of careers before settling into wine, including economics and even cheese, where we hear she even has her own TED talk on it!
