Seyve-Villard is a unique natural wine by Didier Grappe, in the Jura region in France, becauser this white wine is made with Seyve-Villard hybrid grapes, which in our mind here taste a little similar to Melon d’Bourgone or Chardonnay, with a rounded mouthfeel, buttery touches and a stoney minerality. Drink in one sitting.

Hybrid grapes is something Didier Grappe is known for, one of the 2-3 producers in all of Jura with natural wine, and this is one of his most popular Hybrid wines.
