Vin Jaune 2015 is an oxidative, natural wine crafted by Julien Mareschal of Domaine de la Borde, in the hilltop village of Pupillin, in Jura next to Arbois.

As all Vin Jaunes, this oxidative white wine is made with 100% Savagnin grapes, which are aged Sous Voile under "Flor" in Foudre barrels for a minimum of 6 years. No added sulphur. Bottled in the traditional 620ml bottle.
