Siebenschläfer 2021 is a natural wine crafted by 2Naturkinder, in the Franken region in Germany. This orange wine is made with a big blend of Blossom Muscat, Gewürtztraminer, Riesling, Silvaner, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes.

 

2Naturkinder was founded in 2013, and are seen as one of the first natural winemakers that created a stir in the German natural wine scene, but the winery itself has been going since 1843! With no added sulphur and 7 hectares of land they care for with a lot of attention the wines of 2Naturkinder are vibrant, energetic and interesting.
