The Vin Jaune 2016 by Domaine Villet is made in Arbois, Jura with 100% Savagnin grapes which have, like all Vin Jaunes, seen at least 6 years in old oak barrels, aging under Flor (a veil of yeast) in an oxidative fashion.  

2016 is known as an exceptional year in Jura, one of the best in recent times.
