Compromis

Compromis is a natural wine crafted by female winemaker Melsolo, in the Sud-Ouest, Gaillac region of France. This orange wine is made with Loin de l'Oeil and Mauzac grapes, which we must admit we have not experienced before! Winemaker Melanie Kröber is actually German, and has had a range of careers before settling into wine, including economics and even cheese, where we hear she even has her own TED talk on it!
