The Hermit Ram is run by Theo Coles, a natural wine producer from New Zealand (specifically the region of Cantebury). This producer, like many from New Zealand, is known for Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. There are not many natural wines from New Zealand that make it to Europe, and we're thrilled to share the wines of The Hermit Ram, which really do shine - especially when touches of skin-contact are used in the whites.
