Riesling Delight is a zero/zero natural wine crafted by Sven Leiner, in the Pfalz region in Germany. This white/orange wine is made with Riesling grapes, which are 30% whole berries (hand destemmed), fermented in a a single 300l barrel with 12 months on the skins. Unfiltered and unsulfured.

We hear its got a little tannic grip from the time spent on the mash and offers notes of quince, walnuts and salted lemons.
